Mission: to Design, Communicate and Heal through Creative Self-Expression
From Italy's Dolomite Alps to the Atlantic Ocean.
With love Wal Presently I live and work in Long Island, New York. With early training in photography and color design, I have been working with textile surface design for many years, specializing in silk painting. Presently my focus is on expression in archetypical art forms with mixed media. I teach adult education seminars, curate art shows and coordinate programs for artists. By combining my talents with educational studies I have focused on different aspects of color and form in design and the arts. My art has been shown in exhibits in Europe and the U.S.A.
